Luc Lévesque: On TravelPod & Online Community

Ahead of the October 22nd Breakfast, I had a chance to sit down and try a little video profile of one of our panelists, Luc Lévesque, Founder & General Manager of TravelPod. We recorded a 9 minute video in which Luc talks about various online community topics in the Travelpod context including:

  • the importance of community
  • community management
  • business objectives and measurement
  • the demography of its users
  • being a customer (user) centric business
